Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be in the same condition in which you received it.
- You must provide the order number, invoice, and unboxing video as proof.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened perfume bottles
- Products without original packaging
- Items with physical damage caused after delivery
- Free gifts or promotional items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Mention your Order ID, Reason for Return, and attach an unboxing video
- Our team will review your request in 24–48 hoursry
- If approved, we will schedule the product pickup
- After inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- If you paid Cash on Delivery, refund will be done via bank transfer / UPI
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement if:
- The product is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The order was incomplete
We require an unboxing video as proof for damaged/incorrect items.
