- If tracking details do not update for 24–48 hours, it is normal due to courier processing delays

5. Delayed or Lost Orders
We will assist you if:
- Your order is delayed for more than 10 working days
- Tracking shows no update for 72+ hours
- Parcel is marked lost by courier partner
In such cases, we will reship or refund as per the situation.
6. Incorrect Address / Incomplete Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- Delivery may fail
- Parcel may be returned to us
- Reshipping cost may be charged to the customer

7. Damaged Package on Delivery
If your product arrives damaged:
- Record an unboxing video
- Email us at info@acharyaproducts.com within 24 hours
- Our team will verify and provide a replacement
Without an unboxing video, we cannot process damage claims.
